    Innovation, adaptability, continuous improvement

  • Respect
For people, partnerships, and the planet

Our Commitment

At Dina Uniform Group, Classic Sports Industries, and Australian Apparel Management Services, environmental responsibility is embedded in everything we do.

In 2025, we proudly received the Beyond Best Practice rating from the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) — the highest recognition for packaging sustainability and circular economy progress.

Guiding principles:

  • Prevention first

  • Life cycle thinking

  • Partnerships with suppliers, customers, and communities

Circular Economy & Waste Reduction

We’re transforming how uniforms and apparel are designed, delivered, and reused.

Our initiatives include:

  • 92% reduction in polybag use — eliminating nearly 1,000 single-use plastics annually

  • Use of returnable courier bags (80% recycled, fully recyclable and resealable)

  • Eliminated single-use plastic water bottles using reusable bottles, keep cups, and Zip Cold Water Systems

  • Garment recycling partnership with Upparel, repurposing end-of-life products into insulation, packaging, and acoustic solutions

  • Uniform donations to charities like Lifeline, giving garments a second life

Energy Efficiency & Emissions Reduction

We’re reducing emissions through smart, practical initiatives:

  • Switched to LED lighting and energy-efficient equipment

  • In progress: transitioning to renewable energy

  • Downsized vehicle fleet

  • Chosen freight providers who share our environmental values
